As of September 2024, the Board of Directors passed a Resolution to increase the retail rates annually based on the annual increase from the City of Kansas City Missouri. The annual retail rate increase becomes effective October 1 of each year.
Kansas City Water Services annually updates their rates May 1.
PWSD #2 has not increased rates since October 1, 2022.
Sewer rates for North Cass Sewer District, for customers in their coverage area, are $30 per month flat fee PLUS $.75/100 gallons of water used.
There is an annual Primacy Fee charge of $5.28 per account for water testing.
