Listed below, you will find our current rates effective as of October 1, 2018.
As of June 2016, the Board of Directors passed a Resolution to increase the retail rates annually based on the annual increase from the City of Kansas City Missouri. The annual retail rate increase becomes effective October 1 of each year.
Kansas City Water Services annually updates their rates May 1 and the District passes this increase on for cost of water only.
Sewer rates for North Cass Sewer District, for customers in their coverage area, are $30 per month flat fee PLUS $.75/100 gallons of water used.
There is an annual Primacy Fee charge of $5.28 per account for water testing.
